Aperçu
The fjords formed by the Hajar Mountains make an inviting and exhilarating place to dive. Visibility is usually good, often more than 10 metres, and the sea life is rich.
Plenty of plankton means plenty of fish, especially larger species such as rays, sharks, barracuda and tuna, with the occasional whale shark.
Diving in the UAE and the surrounding area is limited, so a dive here is a welcome addition to any diver's logbook.
