Refund Policy

Day Tours Cancellation Policy

  • If booking was cancelled less 7 days before tour date, will be charged 25% of total cost
  • If booking was cancelled 48 hours or before tour date, will be charged 50% of total cost
  • For tours that includes Pre-purchased tickets will be charged 100% of the tickets cost

Tour Packages Cancellation Policy

  • If booking was cancelled less 14 days before tour date, will be charged 25% of total cost
  • If booking was cancelled less 7 days before tour date, will be charged 50% of total cost
  • If booking was cancelled 48 hours or before tour date, will be charged 70% of total cost
  • For tours that includes Pre-purchased tickets will be charged 100% of the tickets cost
  • Accommodation costs will be charged 100%
