Resumen
Khasab is the regional centre of Musandam. From here, this cruise takes you into Khor as Shimm, a scenic and tranquil fjord and one of the longest in the Musandam Peninsula.
You anchor at Telegraph Island. In 1864 the British built a repeater station here, linking Bombay (India) with mainland Britain by an underwater and overland telegraph cable that passed through Basra in Iraq and Turkey.

Paso a paso
Pickup is at 09:00 or 13:00. Arrive at Khasab harbour and board a traditional Omani dhow.
Anchor at Telegraph Island, and swim and snorkel in the clear, calm waters of the fjord.
Cruise past coastal villages. Dolphin watching is the highlight, and there is a very good chance of seeing playful dolphins and other marine life.
Lunch and refreshments are served on board.
